North Tahoe Wakesurf and Charter
My name is Moose Halpern and I founded North Tahoe Wakesurf and Charter as the culmination of more than a decade captaining boats and teaching watersports in North Lake Tahoe. I want to bring an authentic, safe, and most importantly, fun experience to both locals and tourists alike. It would be my honor to take you, your friends, and family out to enjoy a slice of the good life while experiencing the majesty of Lake Tahoe. I have an Inland Masters Captains License with over 5,000 hours logged on Lake Tahoe alone and pride myself on my perfect safety record and exceptional customer service.
I’ve lived in North Tahoe for the last decade and love this place with all my heart. I was the head of the Math Department at North Tahoe High School for three years before deciding to launch my own business. During the off season, I continue to tutor and mentor local kids and one of my longterm goals is to start a scholarship fund for the disadvantaged in our community.
